Biography

Tyler is an Associate Attorney with Schweigert, Klemin & McBride, P.C., located in Bismarck, North Dakota, and represents clients throughout the Upper Midwest in North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota, and Minnesota. From commercial disputes to personal injury claims, Tyler’s primary practice is devoted to a wide range of civil litigation matters. In understanding the unique circumstances presented in all potential legal issues, his priority is to identify cost-effective strategies for the timely resolution of his clients’ cases. Originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota, Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota in Political Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. After completing his undergraduate education, Tyler later went on to receive his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where he served as a member of the Minnesota Law Review and as the Research Director for the school’s moot court program.

Tyler is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Dakota and in the state courts of Minnesota. He is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Minnesota State Bar Association, North Dakota Association for Justice, Big Muddy Bar Association, and the Judge Bruce M. Van Sickle American Inn of Court.
